I first switched the insurances of Daisy Chains to dot2dot as I felt my previous insurers took my renewals for granted. When I rang for a quote Jenny was both courteous and efficient in getting a comparable quotation to me. It was an added bonus that the premium quoted was also below that which I had been quoted by my existing provider. Saving money and excellent customer service…I was very impressed!
However, it was during my recent claim that your company excelled, Jenny in particular.
Daisy Chains suffered water damage due to a broken water heater. I was distressed and worried about having to close the nursery. Jenny handled the situation admirably. She calmed me down and informed me of the process I had to undertake. She was always available when I called, liaised efficiently between me and the insurers and at all times demonstrated a true understanding of the implications of the flood on my business, both immediate and in the longer term. She worked flat out to avoid any major disruption.
Her friendly can-do attitude is an asset to you and is what makes dot2dot so great in my eyes.
I would have no qualms about recommending dot2dot, indeed I have already!!
