We were delighted to attend the Nursery Management Today (NMT) Owners Club at Sopwell House, St Albans, one of the early years sector’s most respected events for nursery owners, directors and senior leaders.
It was a day packed with honest, relevant conversation. The topics covered, from safeguarding leadership and raising finance, to AI in the classroom and building positive team culture, all reflected exactly what nursery leaders are grappling with right now. And the quality of speakers and discussion in the room was genuinely impressive.
For us, events like this matter. Being present in the conversations that shape the sector is part of how we stay close to the people we work with and the challenges they face. It’s not just about insurance. It’s about understanding your world so we can support you better.
