Understanding each client’s business and tailoring insurance solutions to their needs is key. Forming strong relationships with clients and insurers creates a successful three-way partnership. As the digital landscape evolves, continuous learning is essential along with sharing knowledge with colleagues.

I am a member of a local gym, engage in various sports, martial arts, gardening, aviation and travelling

Best achievement or moment at work?

I tailored an insurance programme that better matched a client’s needs, improving coverage while reducing costs.

Why it is so important that you care about your customers and how has it made a big impact/difference to them?

Caring about customers is important because it directly shapes trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships. When customers feel genuinely valued, they are more likely to stay, recommend the business to others and engage more openly.
