Engaging with clients and assisting throughout the claims process.
Hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and I also have a season ticket and watch football every weekend.
Best achievement or moment at work?
My greatest moment would be when I was able to assist other members of staff within the office on my first day returning back to the business and after 4 months away from Stanmore it felt like I had never left.

I would like to be a tattoo artist.
Why it is so important that you care about your customers and how has it made a big impact/difference to them?
I think it allows a connection between ourselves and the client as it shows them that you can support them with their wants and their needs. This provides a level of trust for everybody.
