I love supporting people at all stages of their careers, whether that involves helping someone grow into a new role, improving processes and conditions, resolving challenges, or simply being a trusted contact. No two days are the same, and that variety keeps my role exciting.
Hobbies outside of work?
I love exploring new places, family bike rides and tackling mountain bike trails with my husband!
Best achievement or moment at work?
Creating safe spaces for honest conversations — whether that’s during difficult situations or day to day check-ins. It’s a privilege to be the support that people turn during their most vulnerable moments.
If you were a bear what would be your name?
Hollie – after my favourite childhood bear that my four-year-old now sleeps with every night!
Apart from working for Stanmore / dot2dot what would your dream job be?
Ooh maybe an art teacher or running craft party for kids! I love creating messy masterpieces with my two young daughters!
Why is it so important that you care about your customers and how has it made a big impact/difference to them?
I focus on supporting and caring for our team so they’re in the best position to look after our customers. When they feel valued, they’re able to deliver the kind of service and care our clients rely on.
