What is your favourite part of the job?

My favourite part of my job is speaking with customers to help them to get the best results possible and also being able to support the team on a day-to-day basis.   

Your hobbies outside of work?

I have two dogs, so I’m usually out walking them, and I also really enjoy quizzing. Love a pub quiz!

Best achievement or moment at work?

I supported a client through a very complex claim which was causing him financial difficulty. I was able to liaise with the insurers to speed through the process to get indemnity confirmed – so that the client’s franchisor could release funds to him that they previously were not able, alleviating the client’s financial struggles and his stress about the situation.  

If you were a bear what would be your name?

Most people call me Kez instead of Kerryn anyway, so probably that.

Apart from working for Stanmore/dot2dot what would your dream job be?

 I have always been interested in space so something involving that would be the dream.  

Why is it so important that you care about your customers and how has it made a big impact/difference to them?

I have been in customer service roles all my working life so understand the effect good customer service can have, and importantly the detriment bad customer service can have too. In a previous role I had a customer who was ready to take their business elsewhere following a bad experience; I was able to resolve their issue. In turn the client stayed with the business, and was still there years later.
