Supporting clients through their insurance decisions and knowing that my advice/support genuinely helps protect their businesses and long-term success.

Travelling and Formula 1
Best achievement or moment at work?
My greatest achievement has been earning my Actuarial Science degree and also earning a distinction in the Young Insurance Professionals Programme organised by the London School of Insurance.

Why it is so important that you care about your customers and how has it made a big impact/difference to them?
Customers trust us with their most valuable assets and sources of livelihood and speaking to someone that genuinely cares for them gives comfort. This has been very impactful for my customers as they are able to focus on other business challenges while being assured that their insurance needs are well taken care of.
