Team Leader
Favourite part of the job?
Speaking to clients and building a rapport with them as well as understanding their needs. We also review their current covers which may not be adequate as well as explaining the covers which may not have been explained to them before, especially if they have been previously obtaining their insurance online. Working with a great team of people.
Hobbies outside of work?
Taking walks out with my spaniel as well as having a passion for photography which I have been doing for some.
Best achievement or moment at work?
When I put my first new business case on and getting a really good review back from the customer.
If you were a bear what would be your name?
Fozzie (I used to watch the Muppet Show as a child) !!
Apart from working for Stanmore/dot2dot what would your dream job be?
Travel Photographer, getting paid to visit different countries around the world.
