I love speaking with all of my clients, and working with all of my coworkers. It makes coming into work that much more fun.

I like exploring across the UK, going to castles, ruins, abbeys and historic cities.
Best achievement or moment at work?
Winning an award for top insurance broker in Canada.

Being a historian or a tour guide at Hampton Court Palace.
What is your greatest achievement?
Receiving support to relocate to the UK has helped me make my dream of living in England a reality.
Why it is so important that you care about your customers and how has it made a big impact/difference to them?
I’ve always loved working in customer service, helping to make a difference to somebody’s day.
