Greatest achievement?
Completing my final ACIIN exams with three distinctions. Leading my team at the University of Bolton to obtain A- grade in Finance analysis and presentation coursework.
What is your favourite bit of your job?
The ability to put smiles on the face of client makes me feel so good. I also feel fulfilled when complicated cases are resolved as it afford me the opportunity to learn something new.
Job Role/description
I am an Account Handler in the commercial team where I generate new business, do cross selling, carry out renewals, manage mid-term adjustments, handle client queries and look after the books of customers whilst ensuring full FCA compliance
Hobbies outside of work?
I love to spend quality time with my family, watch movies and play tennis
