Working with my colleagues to support our clients with their concerns and ensure we make the claims process as smooth as possible.
Your hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy playing games, particularly Pokémon or Overwatch. I also love to read manga and fantasy novels.

Why it is so important that you care about your customers and how has it made a big impact/difference to them?
Without our customers we wouldn’t exist. Caring about our customers is the first step to building a relationship, knowing that we care helps them to trust us and rely on us which enables us to do what we need to do.
