Greatest achievement at work?
It was one of my customers from a previous role who recommended me to the position at Stanmore and dot2dot nursery insurance, I was really touched they thought so highly of me. After just over a year, I started to get to know the clients and they started to know me as well. Now I have some excellent relationships with my clients.
Favourite part of my job?
I love making use of my insurance knowledge to help customers. I also really enjoy getting to know the clients and also my contacts at the insurers.
Hobbies outside of work
I enjoy teaching children, singing and walking.

Apart from working for Stanmore/dot2dot what would your dream job be?
I would like to work on Mercy Ship which offer free surgeries, sometimes live saving, to those in the developing countries.
Why is it so important that you care about your customers and how has it made a big impact / difference to them?
I utilise my insurance knowledge to save clients time so that they can concentrate on running their business.

Why do you enjoying working at a local community broker in Little Lever?
We are able to get involved in the local community activities, e.g. Bolton Lads & Girls Club; Christmas hampers for the locals, etc and so we know where our contribution really helps.
