What is your greatest achievement at work?
My greatest achievement is building a long and successful career in insurance, along with strong and trusted relationships with my clients.
Your favourite part of your job?
I like helping customers understand their cover, and solving problems for them. I find it very rewarding when I can make something complicated easier and leave someone feeling reassured. I also really enjoy securing new business and renewals. The team are great and there is a fantastic comradery between us all.
Hobbies outside of work
Travelling, spending time with friends and family, walking and discovering new places to eat.

What do you enjoy about working at Stanmore and dot2dot?
It’s a really easy commute and there is lots of onsite free parking. The local amenities are great too, plus if you want to get into Manchester for meetings or socialising it is only 25 minutes by car.
Apart from working for Stanmore/dot2dot what would your dream job be?
A travel writer or someone who gets to explore different countries.
Why is it so important that you care about your customers, and how has it made a big impact/difference to them?
Some clients find insurance confusing, so taking the time to listen and explain things clearly can make a big difference.
