I really enjoy the team collaboration; everyone is so friendly and helpful here.

I would like to be an airframe mechanic.
Why it is so important that you care about your customers and how has it made a big impact/difference to them?
To build up trust, when someone raises a claim it is usually an upsetting experience; but by putting yourself in their shoes and showing empathy and understanding and by showing that we will be here to help it can make all the difference.
