Favorite part of the job?
I enjoy the diversity of my role, from embracing new technology to develop the business to bringing about change and the most important part is working with brilliant people who care about the clients, each other and the business.
Hobbies outside of work?
I really enjoy exercise, reading and supporting my beautiful family, Emma, and my two boys Josh and Kits and all of the amazing things that they do. I’m also a part time Everton supporter… part time because I don’t have the time to go the games anymore, but I still enjoy it.
Best achievement or moment at work?
It’s definitely being able to successfully integrate with a talented team who are keen to play their part in the next steps of our business and its journey helping clients to bring them the very best.
If you were a bear what would be your name?
I would need to bring my football allegiance to life. My bears name would be Duncan, named after my favorite Everton player, Mr Duncan Ferguson.
Apart from working for Stanmore / dot2dot what would your dream job be?
It would definitely be as an actor in either the theatre or on the big screen.
Why is it so important that you care about your customers and how has it made a big impact/difference to them?
Making people feel human, listened to and valued is a commodity and skill which seems to be lacking in this day and age and so it is so important that we make a difference to our clients at dot2dot nursery insurance so that they know that we truly care about them.
